Animal Control Bylaw - Added September 15, 2021
This bylaw was developed and approved based on direction provided by our community members. There have been rising concerns regarding dogs (vicious and wild) in particular and throughout the years it was always demanded by the community that a bylaw be put in place to address such concerns. At the September 1, 2021 Council meeting a draft of the by-law was presented to Council and was approved. The document is now being posted on this website for all to review.
Chief and Council is committed to the well-being and safety of our community members and families. And we trust that with education and co-operation, this by-law will ensure safety of all.
